TripAdvisor, which represents the largest online travel community in the world, recently released the top 10 places to visit in South Africa in 2015 - nine of which can be found in the Western Cape.

South Africa's Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour is included in the top 10 cycle routes in the National Geographic Book "Journey of a Lifetime - 500 of the World's Greatest Trips".

There's never a bad time to visit Cape Town, travel publisher Lonely Planet says in its latest guide, Best in Travel 2014. South Africa's Mother City comes in just behind Paris and Trinidad as the best cities in the world to visit.
