The Spur Foundation and Relate Bracelets aim to sell 67 000 bracelets. The funds will be used to set up a franchising model that will enable single mothers to earn a living and to pay for quality education for their children.
Gogos kick butt for Mandela Day
A group of celebrities had a good-natured Bead Off with the pensioners who make the Relate Bracelets – and were soundly beaten. The bracelets are made for charity, and the annual competition was a Mandela Day initiative.
