South Africa's Chad le Clos won four gold medals in the second leg of the Fina Swimming World Cup, while fellow swimmer Cameron van der Burgh kept the South African flag flying high with his victory too. They are taking part in the Fina/airweave Swimming World Cup series.

Africa Cup of Nations champions Nigeria remain on course to win a second continental title in South Africa, but will have to get past Ghana in Wednesday night's semifinals of the African Nations Championship (Chan). Zimbabwe take on Libya in the other semifinal.
