My Name is Patrick Mashegwana. About a year and half ago i started a program called Think Beyond. This initiative is a philanthropic fraternity that uses inspirational rhetoric and pop culture to encourage and inspire the youth to become ambassadors of social transformation, become self reliant and help enhance the South African education.
We visit orphanages,churches and schools to deliver inspirational speeches about issues such as self acceptance,attitude and self reliance.The main idea is to prevent the impairment of an unemployed individual’s productive potential. The social and Psychological consequences they might experience during their unemployment or bad experiences in the early stages of their lives.
Our intention is to also get donations for the orphanages and bursaries for the schools. I would really appreciate the opportunity to be featured on your program,Play your part.We do public speaking so being on the show will increase our reach and expose the community to the fraternity .

A bit about the Main Speaker (Patrick-M) Think Beyond is driven by the capable, out spoken and flamboyant Patrick Mashegwana. Patrick is a qualified public relations practitioner with a three year diploma. He has graduated top of his class and was offered a bursary due to excellent academic performance. He was an active pupil in high school and received numerous awards like most exemplary student, President of the SRC, and he took part in the Sowetan and Anglo platinum South Africa’s young communicators’ speech contest.
He participated until the provincial level. Patrick also created his own talk show during his high school days to address issues that affected pupils in government schools such as teenage pregnancy , HIV, how to get bursaries,study methods and alcohol abuse the name of the show was “The Light”!
When Patrick is not out inspiring the youth, he is a performing artist. Patrick is ambitious and determined to make sure that the think beyond dream of an educated ,responsible and self reliant youth comes true and the dreams of others.After realizing that sometimes all that you need to succeed is to think beyond your current challenges ,he took this message to the world and is currently spreading it across the youth of Mzansi.
He has now partnered with Khumo as his co speaker. Khumo is wheel chair bound from birth but he has a charisma and a positive attitude that most people lack.The two are a the perfect team to deliver the Think Beyond message to the youth.
