Johannesburg, Thursday 13 February 2014 –Brand South Africa encourages all South Africans to celebrate Freedom Fridays as part of the countdown to the 20 years of freedom commemorations, at Eastgate Mall on Friday 14 February 2014.
Freedom Fridays is jointly hosted by Lead SA, in partnership with Brand South Africa, Proudly SA, the Department of Arts and Culture and the Government Communication and Information System aimed at encouraging South Africans to celebrate our freedom and democracy.
Brand South Africa CEO Miller Matola said, “I urge you all to play your part and show your love for our country by celebrating Freedom Fridays. Please participate in the event at Eastgate Mall on Friday 14 February 2014. If you cannot be with us, do something that shows your South Africanness.”
