South African political and business leaders were in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), last week for the UAE dialogue. Deputy communications minister, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, said the event presented delegates the opportunity to interact with South African expatriates and discuss issues that affect them. She also shared with them the progress South Africans are making back home.
