South Africa’s Ministry of State Security assures that there is no threat to U.S. facilities or interests in South Africa after law enforcement agencies investigated warnings of a possible attack by “extremists”. This comes after the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Pretoria alerted its citizens on Tuesday, 8 September, of such an attack on South African soil.
