Play Your Part is an initiative by Brand South Africa to help increase pride and patriotism, and active citizenship. The Brand South Africa team travels to each province to create awareness about the programme and to encourage individuals and communities to play their part so that they can uplift South Africa socially and economically.
Play Your Part’s various campaigns address national issues such as access to education, crime, and other social ills. The core message of these campaigns is how active citizenship can improve lives and build the nation. Play Your Part acknowledges South Africa’s national days of significance while at the same time educating the public about where we come from as a nation and all that we have achieved.
