Salga Limpopo provincial chairperson Mogobo David Magabe has called on all stakeholders to support a campaign against the spate of violence.

“The world is looking at us and the recent incidents have a high and negative impact in derailing what has been achieved in the local government sector because they happen in the local government space,” Magabe said in a statement. “This has a bearing in terms of local government stability.

Magabe said the attacks were not welcome because “we want peaceful communities”.
