Sandile “Ntethe” Tsie is a Community Development Activist, Youth Development Practitioner, HIV/AIDS Activist, Inspirational Speaker, Life-Coach & a Social Entrepreneur.

His vision: He wants to be an esteemed Father, Husband, Family Person, Social Entrepreneur, Author, Life-Coaching, International Inspirational Speaker based on life generally, Coach and Mentor in Public Speaking

His mission statement: To daily inspire young people and the global community to value self-development as a solution to various challenges Tag line: “There is a way out” He is a product of hope, perseverance and faith.

He believes that everyone should exercise the 3 elements in their own person lives. He is passionate about human development and promoting a positive image about our country. He believes in the institutional world of better service delivery and to improve the living condition of people especially the disadvantaged.

Sandile has played his part in various organisations as a volunteer and got an opportunity to attended key trainings that sharpen his skills. He is still volunteering; he is encouraging other community members especially youth to volunteer as a way of being exposed in After 8 years of experience through his volunteerism in various community projects, he realised that he needs to do more by assisting other organisational and community structures.

Sandile believe that volunteerism gives one an opportunity to impact other in positive way while you as a volunteer receive fulfilment of playing your part. He is happy to serve other and being the servant to my community.

This has allowed him to interact with people from various levels of leadership. His focus this year is to mobilise relevant resources for a programme (leadership coaching programme) 50 Kwa-Thema in-school youth, this will take place January 2013. This will focusing on leading self and leading other through good citizenship.
