My name is Brian Wells, am 28 year old, born and raised in Geluksdal, Brakpan east rand of Johannesburg South Africa. I am a published author and a founder of Wells Arts Foundation. I am also the founder of Elements Of Writing aka BRIAN WELLS WRITER BOOK CLUB.
I would like you to read my proposal and tell me what you think. I am a youth developer and a youth shaper. I am serving my community and also the communities surrounding me.
I have opened a writers book club in Geluksdal and also a branch in Tembisa. I am busy setting up a branch in Tshwane library.
At the moment I am working hand in hand with Ekurhuleni libraries and also National Library of Australia. We have managed to published two members’ books in Geluksdal and Tembisa. Our aim is to publish young and old aspiring writers.
We are in a process of publishing 4 books which will be launched in November. We have accomplished so many in the club and put on so many smiles on young and old people’s lives. We continue doing this by assisting them to do visual arts and drama in the libraries. We believe that everyone has to initiate their purpose.
We would like to show our work on national television and show to young people how we will be assisting them in the future, since we want this project to run in the whole South Africa.
The writers book club is the only club operating in South Africa to promote reading and writing and also to publish members’ books
