This is a registered organization, not for profit, non racial and non political that was established by Zwakele Msane and other ten associate from different places of South Africa, which operates in terms of SAPS Act 68 Of 1995, Chapter 15(e).. It’s main objectives is to establish Civilians Police Oversight Committees national with it’s National Office in Pretoria, that will consist of police observers (people to police police).
Our police service is no longer providing it’s service as required by law to protect citizens of the Republic Of South Africa, mainly because when recrutement process is done for new police officers, even criminals rush in their for their own purpose to get uniform, authority, power and cover sothat they can carry their criminal activties protected in the image of our police service.
That is how the idea of establishing an organization of this nature came about to prevent and adress issues of police brutality in a professional and peaceful manner.
